I authored stories on entertainment and dining that appeared in print, online or on the magazine’s television affiliate. I was trained as a fact-checker, analyzing opinion and news pieces. I also designed two of the magazine's monthly newsletters.

I copyedited, fact-checked, proofread and edited five titles. I also ghostwrote portions of a biography, drafted talking points for authors (including former Prime Minister Theresa May) and updated company spreadsheets.
Milwaukee Business Journal- Editorial Intern

I wrote nearly 80 print or online articles on manufacturing, finance, tourism, real estate, retail and restaurants. I photographed political, nonprofit and government events and was selected for the Journal’s summer 2020 internship, which was later cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic.
Metiza Magazine- Copywriting Editorial Intern

I wrote and edited two articles a week for the online magazine on topics including advice, opinion, lifestyle and television. I also authored social media posts for my pieces.
The Brandeis Hoot- Editor-in-Chief
January 2018 - January 2021
As News Editor and then Editor-in-Chief for my senior year at the paper, I managed a staff of 16 editors, edited and fact-checked pieces according to the AP style guide and transitioned the paper to completely virtual publication in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
